Flatbread: Pulled roasted duck, hoisin, goat cheese, and red onions garnished with fresh arugula ($12)
Fish Nachos: Fresh wild caught fish, over house made tortilla chips, topped with red onions, house made pickled jalapenos, queso fresco, avocado, and roasted poblano sauce ($12)
Pork Cheeks: Braised Cheshire Heritage Farms pork cheeks with homemade ricotta herb gnocchi, caramelized pearl onions, and toasted garlic pork cheek demi ($14)
Seafood Pasta: Sautéed shrimp, mussels, clams and spicy Italian sausage with shallots, grape tomatoes, mushrooms, and green peppers finished with Adriatic oil and served over homemade fettucine ($25)
Southern Style Short Ribs: Fried mascarpone and herb filled polenta cake with blackened green beans, braised short ribs pulled from the bone, drizzled with an ancho infused au jus ($24)
Wild Caught Salmon Risotto: Pan seared chimichurri marinated salmon over sun-dried tomato, roasted red pepper, and Kalamata olive risotto, garnished with warm artichoke salad ($26)
Mousse: Chocolate Mousse with vanilla tuille, raspberry coulis, and fresh whipped cream ($10)
Apple Crisp: Homemade Apple Crisp with salted caramel, and homemade vanilla ice cream ($11)
Lemon Cake: Lemon Cake served in a jelly jar with raspberry buttercream ($9)
All tapas $10.00 every Tuesday! Chef Jordan’s regular tapa menu plus delicious specials are offered every Tuesday for $10 (or less).
