What Diners Are Saying…

“Fantastic Restaurant”
What a lovely, friendly, well run establishment. They are in the process of changing their name but the owner and her son who is the Chef run a wonderful restaurant. They treat you as if they knew you all their lives, including the servers who are excellent. The food is great, all homemade and fresh. We had a delicious mushroom soup, good salad and a fabulous fresh fish entree. We cannot say enough except to say you have to give this place a try (and the owners grand daughter is adorable)!
““Izzy's Wine Dinner ( Soon to be called Sage)
Chef Jordan stepped it up tonight starting with the 1st course which was a carrot bisque with grilled corn salsa and avocado crema. Wow the the richness of the soup was wonderful because the corn salsa cut the intensity of the cream. It pair very well with the Oregon Pinot that was served from Left Coast Cellars. The 2nd course was a Lobster risotto with pea butter, poached lobster and crispy pancetta. The flavors were mouth watering and paired excellent with the Carneros Chardonnay. The 3rd course was my fav which was a braised pork belly that melted in you mouth. It was nicely paired with a Tamber Bey Rabicano from Napa.
The final course was a Banana Creme Brule with vanilla marinated strawberries and paired with a Napa Moscato. What can I say It doesn't get much better than this. So come on out to Sage's next wine dinner. You won't be disappointed.

"Wonderful!"
Our first visit to Izzy's soon to be Sage Bistro. Great food, atmosphere, and wonderful waitress. No wait. Thursday evening early bird at 5 p.m. Couldn't ask for a nicer dinner out. Mushroom chardonnay soup was best soup I've ever had and I'm picky. We will be back I'm sure.
